About Me

With a background in business psychology and personal wellbeing, career and personal development and wellbeing support, I have many years’ experience of supporting and encouraging people to discover and work to their strengths. My style is collaborative, approachable, friendly and open-minded. I work with people from all backgrounds to enable them to work towards positive outcomes.

I believe strongly in a person’s ability to create the insights and ideas they need, to make the moves they wish, to reach the goals they desire. ‘You have your own answers; I have the right questions to help you find them’.

Each coaching psychologist and counsellor will bring their own training, approaches, techniques, experience and personality and unique way of doing things within their work with clients. The important thing when deciding on accessing coaching, coaching psychology, counselling, or therapy, for whatever reason, is to ensure that the practitioner is fully and appropriately qualified and affiliated to a relevant professional body such as The British Psychological Society or British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
